Wingate by Wyndham Houma

My room was extremely quiet. Rarely heard anyone’s footsteps or doors around me. The room was neat and smelled like they may use some sort of scented air freshener or carpet spray and it lasted the whole 4 or 5 days I was there. Bathroom was large and spacious. Just a few cracks in the tile and stains on the wall. But overall was a great room at a great price.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very attentive. Thomas, at the front desk, came up to my room as soon as soon as I called with a TV problem. The breakfast was good and was very well serviced . t

The staff was super friendly, very courteous and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would like to recognize the front desk agent at check-in. He made sure I had breakfast for the following morning by giving it to me after checking in. I had mentioned that I would be checking out before breakfast was served the next morning. He went above and beyond to provide customer service. I thank him and I thank you for such employees.

Thomas at the Reception Desk was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful.
